How to Use the Futsal Call-up Manager
This free tool gives coaches and team managers a complete system to create futsal team sheets and organise match day call-ups — no account, no installation required. All data is saved locally in your browser.
Setting Up Your Team
Start by entering your team name and uploading your club badge in the header. This information is saved automatically and appears on every PDF export.
Managing Competitions and Opponents
Use the Competitions tab to create named seasons (e.g. "District League 2025/26") and the Opponents tab to build a reusable list of clubs with their logos. Both are linked when you create games, keeping data consistent across the season.
Managing Games
In the Games tab, create each match with full details: opponent, competition, matchday, date, venue and home/away flag. Export all games to back them up or share with an assistant.
Building Your Roster
In the Agents tab, add every person in your organisation: athletes with shirt number and category, plus staff such as coaches, physios and delegates. Each person gets a cropped photo stored locally — nothing leaves your device. Export and import the full list at any time.
How to Create a Futsal Team Sheet in PDF
In the Call-ups tab, pick a game from the search combobox. The panel splits into two sections — Athletes and Committee. Tap any available person to add them to the call-up. For called-up athletes you can assign Goalkeeper, Captain and Vice-Captain roles. Add a free-text note at the bottom for any additional instructions. Tap the trash icon to clear the entire call-up, or the Export PDF button to download a professionally designed sheet with team logos, match metadata, two-column player and committee tables, and your note.
Call-up Statistics per Player and Competition
The Statistics tab shows — for athletes only — total call-ups, selection percentage, current streak (in or out) and best/longest runs, all sorted chronologically. A competition summary table shows how many games each competition had with a call-up. Below that, each competition gets its own two-column breakdown of athlete presence. Tap Export PDF at the top right to download a statistics report with the same visual identity as the call-up PDF.
Sync Data Between Tools
Each tool stores its data on your device. If you created or changed data (players, opponents, competitions, games, call-ups and venues) in another SportsLabTools futsal tool, press Sync data, next to Export, to bring it in here — no need to export and import files. New items are added, changed items take the most recent version and items you deleted in another tool are removed. Data that belongs only to this tool is not affected.
Futsal Call-ups: Free Rolling Substitutions and the Flying Goalkeeper
Unlike 11-a-side football, futsal allows unlimited rolling substitutions even while play is live, which completely changes how you think about a call-up: instead of "starting XI plus bench", think in terms of complete lines (quartetos) and who can play repeated short bursts without losing intensity. Typical squad size is 12 to 14 players — flag in the call-up who is comfortable playing as a flying goalkeeper in 5-a-side power-play situations, since that option only works with outfield players trained for that specific role.
